Welcome to Buckeye Pro Turf, LLC and Buckeye Pro Home Services, LLC; a family of companies dedicated to helping you realize you property maintenance and property goals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Buckeye Pro Turf, LLC, and Buckeye Pro Home Services, LLC.

  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the business or individual engaging our services.

  • "Services" means the consultancy, performance, tools, and related materials provided by Buckeye Pro Turf, LLC and BUckeye Pro Home Services, LLC..

2. Services provided

Buckeye Pro Turf, LLC offers Lawncare services, including but not limited to Landscape design, installation and maintenance, Hardscape design, installation and maintenace, seasonal exterior property maintenance, homeowner oriented interior and exterior maintenance services and related advisory and oversight services of State Licensed third party sub-contractors when required. All services are tailored to client needs and provided based on agreed scopes of work.

3. Use of services

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete information necessary for the delivery of our services.

4. Fees and payment

All fees will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract. Payment terms are typically 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Intellectual property

Articles, blogs, social media posts images and videos presented are the property of Buckeye Pro Turf or are used with permission. Permission is granted to quote portions as long as the content is not reproduced in its entirety with attribution given to Buckeye Pro Turf and/or Buckeye Pro Home Services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of the services.

7. Liability

Buckeye Pro Turf, LLC and BUckeye Pro Home Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, incomplete or erroneous information posted on our blog or social media accounts. . Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The State of Ohio, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
